​DEVON HINCAPIE
Devon Hincapie has been working with Attorney John Swomley since she graduated law school in 1998. Her practice focuses on complex legal writing, with an emphasis on issues requiring extensive research and briefing. Attorney Hincapie is particularly adept at drafting sentencing memoranda. Her work has resulted in many successful outcomes for our clients in both criminal and civil cases, at trial and on appeal. Attorney Hincapie also specializes in appellate litigation, focusing on criminal defense and involuntary civil commitment cases.

Attorney Hincapie is experienced in handling a variety of academic discipline cases at area universities in addition to cases before various Boards of Registration.
